You can create a new account clicking on [Registration] at top right of navigation bar.
During this phase you will be asked for login, billing and shipping information.
After registration, your account will be immediately active and you can proceed with purchase.
In case of future purchases, just enter your email address and password to log in and place new orders.
It's however possible to create account even during purchase itself.
Once cart has been confirmed, before proceeding with order confirmation, if you have not logged in yet, it will be possible to create account and complete order.
In case of creating an account as a retailer or professional of sector, please read next paragraph.

In case you were a retailer or professional of sector, during registration of a new account, you'll have to choose from drop-down menu the item [Retailer].
Once registration has confirmed, account won't be immediately active.
Our staff will verify data entered, will assign you special conditions of purchase, then proceed to activation of your account.
You will be notified of activation by email.
To change your personal data, you'll need to access site via [Login] item at top right of navigation bar.
Once logged in, simply click on [Account] to change your data and view history of your orders.
To make an order you will be guided, step by step, during selection and purchase phase.

Once you have chosen article, you will be guided in choosing following points:
1) Choice of finish
2) Choice of handle, if for door or for window
3) Choice of lock in case of the door handle (YALE or PATENT)
4) Choice of type (type of movement), in case of window handle

After making previous choices, you'll have to select quantities to buy and add product to cart.
You can add other products to cart before confirming order.
Clicking on [cart], at top right of navigation bar, you can delete a product or change its purchase quantity before confirming order.
To confirm order, once inside cart, click on [Checkout]; here you'll choose payment and shipping methods you want and will confirm order.
Depending on the type of payment chosen, you'll be redirected to the correct page in order to proceed and pay.
Goods are usually available in our warehouse.
However, we guarantee availability at the latest by 7 working days.
To check status of your order (payment and delivery) click on [Account].
If you weren't logged in yet, you'll first need to log in by email and password.
In account page you will find history of your orders; clicking on magnifying glass you can see details of order and possibly proceed to payment with Paypal, in case it was not successful the first time.
We accept following payment methods:

- Wire transfer.
Our shipments are made by DHL EXPRESS S.r.l.
When shipped, goods will be delivered maximum within 2/3 working days.

However it will be possible to choose the pick up of goods in the store.
All products on sale on have an official guarantee of 2 years, as required by EU legislation.

If a product is damaged or not comply with order, we ask you to let us know by email.
We will reply as soon as possible.
Customer has right to make a return, without stating reasons, within 14 days of purchase.
Right of return period expires after 14 days, starting from the day on which the purchase order was made.
Shipment of the returned products and any related risks are entirely borne by customer.
All products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, in their original packaging.
Return can be refused if the box is damaged.
Our warehouse will take delivery of returned products, reserving the right to verify their integrity.
Once return has been accepted, we will refund the amount paid for purchase of returned products.
This refund will be made by crediting the amount paid by bank transfer or to PayPal account.
